Committee on Intermediate Sanctions
Johns Hopkins University is committed to the highest standards of conduct in research, teaching, clinical care, professional practice, business transactions, and other activities that support its core missions. Potential conflicts of interest between the university’s primary objectives and the personal interests of a disqualified person must be identified, approved, and properly managed with policies and procedures that support integrity and advance the university’s missions. The university’s Committee on Intermediate Sanctions, a committee established by the university’s intermediate sanctions policy, evaluates and approves any transaction in which a trustee or other disqualified person has an existing or potential financial interest.
