External Affairs & Community Engagement Committee

The External Affairs and Community Engagement Committee comprises an equal number of trustees from Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins Medicine/Johns Hopkins Health System,  with co-chairs representing each board. The committee evaluates and advises on how Johns Hopkins enhances its communities, working in partnership with community residents, institutions, associations and businesses, local government, and nonprofits having related missions. It also advises on matters of public policy that affect the university.
