Executive Committee

The Executive Committee exercises all the powers of the Board of Trustees between meetings. It also exercises oversight and coordinates the activities of the Board’s 12 standing committees. The Executive Committee is tasked with considering significant institutional issues and priorities that transcend the scope of responsibility of one or more of the Board’s standing committees.

The Executive Committee also makes recommendations to the Board, on occasion, regarding periodic self-examinations and best practices for Board and committee operations.
